Library Lessons and DocumentsJanuary 4th - 8th: New Year's ResolutionComplete the New Year's Resolution document to set a goal for yourself in 2021. Some examples include: exercising to get stronger, playing outside more, exploring nature more often, memorizing your times tables (multiplication) all the way to 12 x 12, and playing more games with family. Be sure to draw a picture of yourself completing your New Year's Resolution! If you can't print the document at home, you can write it out on a piece of paper or in your notebook.
January 11th - 15th: Snow Day Stories and Paper Snowflake CraftWe had a wonderful snow day on Sunday, January 10th! I hope that everyone was able to go out and have some fun in the snow. This week we've got some fun snow day stories and a paper snowflake craft activity.
January 18th - 22nd: MLK Day, Inauguration Day, and Paper Snowflake craftIt is important for our Casey Crocodiles to know about our nation's heroes like Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and our traditions like Inauguration Day to welcome a new President of the United States. We also discussed the amazing snow day that we had on Sunday, January 10th and learned how to make paper snowflakes.
January 25th - 29th: Maybe something beautiful?Winter can be gray and lifeless...but we can change that! Let's use all of the colors in our crayon box to create something beautiful!
